General Information
1. All food and beverage must be supplied by The Crushed Grape Caterer or an additional charge will apply.
2. A service fee of $3 per person applies for outside Catering - $500 refundable damage deposit required.
3. You may coordinate your own event or bring your own coordinator. On the day of the event your coordinator is welcome to attend & assure the event time table is being maintained, but may not manage our staff.
4. You may supply your own:
Flowers and decorations
Music (upon approval)
Video Service
Clergy
Wedding Cake. You may cut your own cake or we can provide that service for $2.00 per person.
5. Fees permit four hours in duration. If additional hours are required we will add one half the Use Area fee per hour additional.
6. Additional insurance may be required for some events.
7. A Use Area fee (deposit) is required to hold a date. Use Area fee refunds are permitted if you cancel ninety (90) days or more prior to the event, $100 of the fee is withheld for administrative costs. If you cancel later than 90 days the entire fee is forfeit.
8. A guaranteed number of guests must be received ten (10) days prior to your event. If a final guarantee is not received we will consider the original estimate of guests as the guarantee. You will be charged based on the guaranteed number or the final number of guests in attendance, which ever is greater. Once the guaranteed number of guests is received ten (10) days prior to the event that number may go up but may not be reduced.
9. 50% of the food and beverage estimate is due ninety (90) days prior to your event.
10. The remaining 50% is due the day of the event. Please designate the person responsible for issuing payment.
11. The host is responsible for any property damages during the period of time that guests, visitors, employees or other agents hired by the Host are on the premise. Brutocao Cellars and The Crushed Grape does not assume responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise or articles left in the facility prior to, during or following the Host's event.
12. Children are welcome at Brutocao Cellars and The Crushed Grape, but must be supervised at all times.
13. Animals are prohibited from the property (seeing eye Dogs permitted).
14. Bocce Ball Open play is free (if courts are not reserved or there is no league play) To reserve a court: $5.00 for 90 minutes per person with a 90-minute minimum. Groups: $20 per court (4 players) per 90 minutes with a 3-hour minimum.
